Privacy and data use

Nidaa by INNOVERTEX helps venues manage orders and pickups. Customers do not need an account to track an order.

Your link is private

Anyone holding the order link can view and interact with that order until it expires after 24 hours. Do not publish the link or pickup code. An order number alone cannot open the record.

What do we store?

We store the order number, status, venue, branch, waiting location and notes you choose to send. If notifications are enabled, your device subscription is stored for this order. Tracking does not require a phone number or GPS location.

Who can access it?

The venue owner and authorized staff can manage its orders. Customers access an order only through its private link. Saved preferences and order links remain on your device to help you return.

Improving the experience

We record the first tracking open, optional activities selected once per ticket, and categorized operational errors. Nidaa administrators use these signals to improve the service. Activity answers and note text are not included in the analytics dashboard.

Retention and deletion

Link expiry does not delete the record. The venue owner can delete expired records from their account. Ask the venue to delete your order data if needed. This version does not promise an automatic deletion period.

Notifications and payments

Notification permission is optional and controlled by your phone and browser. This version does not collect card details or start automatic paid subscriptions.
